Courtenay Powell – REALTOR®, Coldwell Banker Lake Oconee Realty

Courtenay Powell is a REALTOR® with Coldwell Banker Lake Oconee Realty, helping buyers and sellers across the Lake Oconee area of Georgia.

She fell in love with Lake Oconee as a young adult on family vacations and never quite forgot it. In June 2024, she and her husband asked themselves “why wait?” and moved from the Atlanta area to Reynolds Lake Oconee full time. That move shapes how she works: she has made the same decision her clients are weighing, and she knows the questions a listing can’t answer.

Before real estate, Courtenay spent 25 years leading digital marketing for global brands. She brings that strategic thinking, data fluency and clear communication to pricing, marketing and every negotiation.

Whether you’re comparing lakefront and golf-course homes, planning a weekend place or getting ready to sell, she offers virtual tours, local insight and honest guidance from first showing to final signature.
